New NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025–26
The NDIA has released the Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for 2025–26, which will take effect from 1 July 2025. Below is a summary of some of the key information:
Therapy supports
Several adjustments have been made to therapy supports:
- All states will now be grouped under a single national pricing rate.
- Physiotherapy supports will decrease by:
- $40.63 in WA, SA, TAS, and NT.
- $10.00 in NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT.
- Psychology supports will:
- Decrease by $11.23 in WA, SA, TAS, and NT.
- Increase by $10.00 in NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT.
- Dietitian supports and podiatry supports will decrease by $5.00 nationally.
- The price limit for travel time incurred by therapy support providers will be limited to 50% of the regular price limit for these items. This change applies to supports delivered in regional, remote and very remote areas.
- Therapy line items remain accessible under Core, though they will continue to be considered temporary duplications.
Price increases
The following supports will observe a price increase:
- Supports delivered by disability support workers
- Home and Living supports
- Level 1 Support Coordination
- Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
- Employment Assistance including youth aged 15 to 25
- Support on the Job
- Personal Training
- Individual Social Skills Development
Early Childhood Supports
- The relevant sections have been updated to reflect the new age limit (9 years old) for the Early Childhood supports.
- New support line items have been created under support category 15 for early childhood intervention delivered by a:
- Developmental educator.
- Speech pathologist.
- Early childhood teacher or educator.
- Occupational therapist.
- Social worker.
- Art therapist.
- Music therapist.
- Podiatrist.
- Dietitian.
