To help participants achieve their goals and outcomes, we share our knowledge with them in addition to assisting with financial administration. Our clients can best maximise their NDIS funding by being informed, so IDEAL plan managers work to understand a participant’s needs and goals. By providing individualised advice and presenting options for using funds flexibly and fully, we empower participants with the knowledge and support to achieve their goals and outcomes. 

Since joining IDEAL and speaking to our expert plan managers, Lucy has been able to access art classes and driving lessons with her NDIS funding. We understand that art helps Lucy manage her anxiety, while driving helps improve her independence – both of which are goals in her NDIS plan. Previously Lucy had been using less than half of her funding in each period, but her usage and, as she tells IDEAL, her wellbeing, have both increased significantly since engaging IDEAL’s expert plan managers.
